Zero-Waste
Reduce. Repair. Reconnect.
At SPEC, we believe that less waste means a healthier planet and that everyone has a role to play in getting there.
Our Zero Waste programs offer practical, hands-on ways to build that culture of repair, reuse, and resourcefulness in everyday life. Through repair cafés and waste reduction education we help community members learn how to fix what they have, divert items from the landfill, and pass those skills on to others. Whether you’re picking up a new repair skill or simply rethinking what you throw away, our programs make sustainable choices accessible, social, and even fun — turning individual habits into a shared movement toward a circular community.
