Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, December 3, from 6:00 to 7:45pm, which will be held virtually on Zoom.

Agenda for the evening
6:00 to 6:45 - Welcome and AGM governance aspects (election of the new Board, document approvals and more).
6:45 - 7:15 - SPEC 2020 highlights presented by staff and volunteers.
7:15 - 7:45 - Break out sessions with the SPEC Food, Waste and Energy & Transportation teams.
Our Food, Waste and Energy &Transportation teams will be facilitating different workshops and activities and you can choose which of those you would like to participate in. Stay tuned, as we will reveal those workshops along with how to register.
Our members (members are those who received membership through a donation of $30 or more in the last 12 months) will vote on the following matters:
- Approval of AGM agenda and Minutes from the 2019 AGM
- Approval of Fiscal Year 2020 Financials
- Election of the new Board of Directors
