Metro Vancouver Regulation and Enforcement Division operates a complaint line for anyone wanting to complain about air quality. The line operates 24-hours per day but is answered by staff and on-call officers between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Calls outside of these hours go to an answering service and are responded to the next working day.
If you call the line, please include:
a description of the problem (including when it was noticed), the source of the air emissions (if known), the length of time the problem lasted, wind speed and direction (if possible).
